Jennifer Crane was first introduced to Pilates as part of her rehabilitation plan after a running injury. She was inspired to share the work with others by pursuing her certification after seeing how much Pilates was able to correct imbalances in her body, realign and rejuvenate her. 
Jennifer received her first certification through Peak Pilates. She then pursued further training, enrolling in the Advanced Bridge Program through the Pilates Center of Boulder, CO. It was her time working with the founders, Amy Alpers and Rachel Segal, that she really began to understand the method and the importance of interconnectedness in ones body. Jennifer continues to travel to Boulder and is passionate about deepening her mastery of the method. She attends many advanced learning workshops around the country to better serve her clients. 
At Crane Pilates, the goal is to help clients heal injuries, improve health, strengthen weaknesses and encourage clients to use the benefits of Pilates in everything they do outside of the studio. Jennifer challenges her students and believes that hard work can be fun and rewarding. 
When not in the studio, Jennifer spends much of her time riding horses and training as a Dressage rider. She also enjoys trail running with her trusty sidekick, her Jack Russell Baxter and hiking, biking, snowshoeing and swimming.
